Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Butch was a property manager of rental housing in Portland. He takes pride in being a resource for real estate education and helping his clients achieve their homeownership goals. He believes in transparency and open communication throughout any transaction.  Butch is creative, resourceful, detailed oriented, and passionate about helping others. He specializes in both home sales and purchases, and is knowledgeable about the most appealing aspects of various neighborhoods and local real estate.  Butch's goals are to advocate for his clients throughout the home buying and selling process.

Butch moved to Portland in 2008 from Hawaii and lives in the St. Johns neighborhood in North Portland.  His formative career was in corporate communications and social development planning prior to being a property manager and realtor.  His advocacy work in low-cost housing policy and providing free health care for the marginalized communities in the Philippines and Hawaii, taught him how to develop meaningful personal relationships.  It also instilled in him the desire to help others to achieve their goals and aspirations. Through his past work experiences, he has developed a Swiss Army knife trait by finding creative and thoughtful solutions to any problem and becoming an advocate and a resource for his clients. Butch is an avid USTA league tennis player and member of the West Hills Racquet Club.  He enjoys traveling, is an animal lover, and spending time with his family.
